General FAQ

What is Concierge Beauty?

Your time matters! Everyone wants to put their best face forward, but life happens and finding time in your busy schedule to do that can be difficult. So, we’ve made it a little bit easier by offering non-surgical aesthetic procedures in the luxury of your own home when it is convenient for you. We offer individual appointments and group events.

How does this work?

Whether you have had many previous treatments with botox or fillers in the past or none at all, Dr. Bertke will start with a free consultation to discuss any questions or concerns you may have about these procedures and provide a complete facial analysis. She will make recommendations based on your unique profile and overall aesthetic goals. Our plan is to give you a natural and refreshed appearance so that you look and feel your best no matter your age.

Do you offer Skin care products?

Finding a skin care routine that is tailored to your specific skin type and sticking with it is one of the most important things you can do to protect your skin and optimize facial beauty. Dr. Bertke is a licensed retailer for Epionce, a clinically proven medical grade skin care line. Schedule a facial consultation for a complimentary facial assessment and product recommendations based on your skin type.

What forms of payment to do accept?

We accept cash, check, and credit card. A 3% processing fee is charged for all credit card payments.

What if I am not completely satisfied with the result?

Injections are done only after an initial consultation and individualized plan is discussed between patient and physician in order to obtain the best cosmetic outcome. However, Every face is different and it is sometimes difficult to know which muscles will overcompensate for others that are weaker as a result of treatment. Because of this, and because we want you to look and feel your best, we follow up with each patient 2 weeks following initial treatment. At that time, we can do touch-ups. If you have concerns that you would like to discuss in the meantime, we encourage you to call and speak with Dr. Bertke at any point.

How will I be contacted about touch-ups?

Ideally, your 2 week follow up appointment will be scheduled at the time of your procedure. If you are unsure of your schedule at that time then you will be contacted in 5-7 days to schedule your follow up.
For group events, each attendee will be contacted 5-7 days after the event to schedule a follow up visit and discuss touch ups.

What if there is an emergency?

Dr. Bertke is a highly trained emergency medicine physician able to handle medical emergencies in a swift and effective manner.  Emergency supplies, medications, and equipment are on hand at all appointments should an issue arise.

What are my photos used for?

The goal of these procedures is to produce a subtle, natural result for facial optimization. Every patient will be photographed before and after each procedure and at the follow up appointment. These photos are for documentation purposes only. This way you and the physician can review them to evaluate the cosmetic results and discuss future desired aesthetic outcomes.  Photographs will not be used for any other purpose without your express permission.
